2. Counter-Notification

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the removed material in 10–14 business days, unless the original claimant files a court action against you.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

FontFamily.co may terminate user access to the website of any repeat infringer in appropriate circumstances.
