3. Takedown Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, FontFamily.co will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the user who uploaded the content (if applicable).
- Provide the alleged infringer with an opportunity to file a counter-notification, if they believe the takedown was incorrect.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notification containing:
- Your name, address, and signature.
- Identification of the material and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, FontFamily.co may reinstate the content unless the original copyright owner files a legal action.
